This is how it works: You bring us a ready to close transaction. Ideally you are have several days to close. We look at the transaction and inform you within 24 hours if we can fund your deal. Our loans are for no more than 24 hours. No holidays or weekends. All of our payment comes from closing. What can be better: No upfront fees! Our loan limit is $3M. We have funded plenty of residential and small commercial flips.
The transaction does not necessarily need to be a short sale. Our only requirement is that you sell for more than you buy, and know what you are doing. Nothing else.
