Sullivan Farms has seen a steady increase in the average price per square foot, but in 2008 saw their first decline. The days on the market however have stayed somewhat steady.

Susan - This is a great visual for buyers. It shows that they can buy a Sullivan Farms home for almost the same price as it was in 2006.

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

Great post Susan, though the trend is down from 2007, it is still up from 2006 and just look compared to 2005.

Moral of the story, is if it is a long term investment, at least 2 or 3 years, a house in Sullivan Farms not only a great place to live, but a good return on your investment.
