Home Inspector with Ace Home Inspection, LLC

Just wanted a little feedback on a potential company mascot.

Tess

This is Tess...I was doing an insurance inspection at a burnt out house and "Tess" was a stray kitten living in the charred remains. As I was accomplishing my inspection she followed me around and allowed me to pick her up (something wild kitties usually don't allow). As I was gathering up my tools the homeowner asked me if I wanted her. I already have a cat (he's blind) and 3 dogs but this little bobtail kitty was definitely something special.

I did not take her with me. My wife and I have an agreement that we would not just be dragging strays home. Both of us have a soft spot for animals but we have to be realistic about what we can manage. I mentioned we have a blind cat (Sam); he's a wonderful boy and had a playmate, Pitch who we unfortunately lost on Valentines day. Sam was lonely and I thought this little Bobtail kitty would be a good companion. After discussing it with my wife we agreed that this little one might be a good addition to our family :-)
