Congress pased a bill and President Bush signed into law on Oct. 10th a act that will benefit many Veterans with sub-prime mortgages. This act is known as the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act.
This new bill will allow veterans with conventional loans under $729,750 to refinance at 100% into a VA loan. This will help many veterans who have sub-prime loans that may be high in interest.
This will help many veterans who wouldn't have otherwise received any help prior to the act. The agency is one of a few that still offer 100% financing in the marketplace.
