Here are the instructions I was given to follow to precisely.

2. Open the book to page 56. Done
3. Find the fifth sentence. Done
4. Post the text of the next two to five sentences. Done
Two problems arise in connection with the affirmation that God is Spirt. First, some Bible passages represent God as having eyes, ears, or and arm. These are figure of speech called "anthropomorphisms" (meaning man-like). Living in a material world, Man has difficulty thinking of God as perceiving or acting without human members; threfore, the Scriptures condescend to our limitation by attributing to God (figuratively speaking) "ears to hear our cry, or an "arm" to help us.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one. Pick the Closest. ---Really I just had this by my desk. I was using it to prepare a message for Sunday morning.
6. Tag five people to do the same.
