I’ve been giving a new presentation to help real estate agents understand social media and why they want to get involved. Whenever I teach, there’s always something new I learn, this time from Laura, one of the agents who came to a class.

This video is the work of a Karl Fisch, a teacher at Arapahoe High School. He designed it to help update the rest of their teaching community about the latest changes in technology. But with the power of the Internet, this video has spread around the world and was even used at a recent Sony global management meeting.

The video has even coined a new catch phrase “Shift Happens”.
