Solar panels systems are top of mind when it comes to going green and with electric rates rising more quickly than inflation with de-reulation - not to mention the benefits of helping improve global warming and your own area's air quality, they definitely should be considered in 2009, whether you are building new construction or retro-fitting a current residence or business.
