Sarasota FL Real Estate Update
With the winter season approaching, sellers are sprucing up their Sarasota FL real estate and getting ready for a busy time for our real estate market. When many people are freezing and dealing with snow, Sarasota's fabulous climate attracts seasonal residents and vacationers. Sunshine, sand and Paradise await visitors from all over the world. Our emails come from as far away as China, Europe, Africa and India from customers wanting to know about what there is to do in Sarasota and naturally, do we have a beach. Sarasota's beaches are famous. Siesta Key Beach is talked about in just about every travel and hot destination magazine.

Season Update
Winter Sarasota residents and vacationers are starting to arrive. The Sarasota restaurants are getting busy; there is more traffic and the movie theaters are pretty full. Check out the Bayfront at Marina Jack's. We have "the Kiss" back on loan at the waterfront, and every day you can see a crowd with their heads lifted to the sky to see the sailor kiss the nurse. If you are driving around on Sundays during the winter season, take Hwy 41 south to Blackburn Pointe Road, cross the swinging drawbridge and take a drive to our Casey Key waterfront homes for sale. Tell us you read about them on our blog!
