While things are still very uncertain, potential occupants of rental properties have become wise in this matter of foreclosure.
More and more we hear individuals stating they do not wish to rent from individuals and only wish to do business with rental agencies in hopes of not being sideswiped by foreclosure. The expectation is that a Property Management Company will be better able to protect their interests and their security deposit.
