Memes are the curse of the internet. (The blame goes to Thanks to Greg Gorman who sells Naples Real Estate) They are the modern day chain letter that threatens disaster to whoever dares to break the chain. Normally Meme's die with me. Their loud and annoying request get buried deep in my email spam to later find a worthy death in deletion.
Retribution is sweet.
So why do I answer this request? It certainly isn't because my content will be compelling to provide wisdom of words to be handed down through the ages. From me? Not likely.
It's really about the points. 200 big smackeroos. My point count is low lately. The problem with that winter is coming and I need new shoes. So it's time to stock up on points for the ultimate redeption of points for shoes.
Now that you know my motivation, let's get on with the rules.
This also means that I have to tag 5 others (I think not) 2 will do, so keep a look out to see if you are on the list! What is a Bookworm MEME ? Here are six things you must do:
1. Grab the nearest book. * THE ONLY RULE, NOT TO USE THE BIBLE!
2. Open the book to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next two to five sentences.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one. Pick the Closest.
6. Tag five people to do the same

My Book is Foreclosue Investing for Dummies.
It is a riveting tale, I could hardly put the book down.
Let me share with you,
Page 56 says...
In this part...
Late-night TV real estate gurus lead unsuspecting investors to believe that making tons of money in foreclosures is a snap. that piece of misinformation typically leads the uninformed down a path leading to financial ruin.
By carefully planning and building a road to a successful investment strategy, yo can reduce the risk and maximize your opportunity to profit. In the chapters in this part, I show you how to gather the essential information, tools, personnel, and resources to succeed.
We know that!
OK so on whom do I pass this wonderful annoyance pleasure? Is there anyone who would like to step up to the plate and volunteer? (Like who am I kidding?) Oh I see to hands waving way back there in the audience...Oh yes it's Chris Griffith who sells Bonita Springs Real Estate and Linda (Carnac)Davis who does CT Relocation. Oh ladies you may consider yourself officially Meme'd. ;)
