Spring/Summer/Fall: Golf, Photography, Nature Walks, Hiking, Jogging/Runs, Dirt biking, Horse back riding, Carriage rides, Spring, Summer and Fall Events, plus shopping, restaurants, and a unique view/landscape of the mountain
Winter: Skiing, Snowboarding, Sledding, Winter Events, plus a great deal of activity on the mountain during the Winter season. This is peak season.
Home layout is as follows:
First floor:
Front, covered raised porch, entry room which allows you to store ski equipment, etc. Hallway, with ample storage for coats. Front Bedroom with twin bed, night stand, dresser and closet, Master bedroom with Full/Queen bed, 2 night stands, dresser, closet, linen closet, and door/access to full sized washer and dryer There is cable connected television in Master Bedroom. Washer and Dryer has Washer Machine soap for renters use. 2 full bathrooms on this floor - Hall accessed bathroom with a tub bath and Master Bath with an enlarged stall shower. Both bathrooms have hand soap, stocked toilet paper and towels. Washer and dryer is on first floor off the master bedroom.
Second Floor:
Kitchen with basics for cooking. Dinette with Dining Room table, Living Room/Great Room with Cathedral Ceiling, a Center Fireplace and a 8' sliding door from great room to 2nd story deck, to allow for private dining outside, etc. 2 Loungers on deck for sun bathing. Deck size is 150 square feet +-. Our home also has a first floor front porch.
Third Floor:
Loft with 2 twin beds, and a skylight, chair and dresser, ample lighting, carpeted with a 3' skylight between the 2 beds. (carpeted throughout)

Home has individual thermostatically controlled heat throughout home. Separate rock lined hot water heater. Open Parking - Snow Removal - Plowing - Mowing - Leaf Collection - All provided by the Association. When you depart, we ask you lower the thermostats to away mode, verify fireplace damper is closed and turn off all lights. You will be asked to return key to our property manager at end of stay. Information will be given when you receive your key. The key opens exterior door.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker and Microwave, Pots, Pans, Flatware, Dishes, Mugs, Glassware and Utensils.
Each guest should bring items such as Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic bags, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc.
All garbage should be removed and emptied daily in refuse container at center of community. All food should be removed at end of stay.
Let us know. We want your stay to be enjoyable. This is a 25 year old 3 story town home. Plenty of hot water, full size washer and dryer,
and everything as listed . Plan on a relaxing trip. Leafers, Winter Sport Enthusiasts, Golfers, Skiers, Those who like to go out to eat at a variety of restaurants, from Family Style casual to upper scale formal dining Surf and Turf.. Mt. Snow, West Dover and Wilmington has what you need. Plan to stop and relax, while enjoying the scenery.

We will mail or Fed X you keys for your stay ~ We ask you return keys to us via a drop box system we have in our home.

Accommodations: 2 Bedrooms plus 2 bed loft and a sofa plus love seat with 2 full Baths. Can sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably. It is located 2 miles from the Mount Snow main base just off Rte. 100 right on the Mountain, and on the Moover route- which is the shuttle service to the base of the ski resort.

You enter the condo through a mudroom. There is room for shoes, skis, sleds, etc. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen/full size bed, dresser, and two side tables with reading lamps. This bedroom features TV. Also in this room is a large clothes closet and a washer and dryer in a second closet. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed, large dresser and closet. In the hallway is the second full bathroom with tub. The hallway also has a coat closet by the front entrance.
The second floor has a large open concept. There is a large eat-in kitchen with a table for 6 adults, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, silverware/tableware, and pots and pans. The living room has a fireplace and large sofa and love seat along with a TV with VCR player. Up the stairs is the loft. It has two twin beds, a large skylight & dresser with plenty of blankets and pillows for the entire unit. There is also a deck off the living room. There is firewood right next to the fireplace and plenty of parking directly in front of the unit.

November - December 19: $175 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee (2 night minimum)
Christmas: December 22nd - December 28th is $250 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee (3 night minimum)
New Years: December 29th - January 4th is $275 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee (3 night minimum)
Martin Luther King: Friday, January 16th - Monday, January 19th is $ 800 plus $ 50 cleaning fee for all 3 nights
Presidents Week: February 13th - 22nd is $275 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee (3 night minimum)
Weekends: Friday and Saturday (January, February, March) excluding holiday periods, $250 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekdays: Sunday through Thursday (January, February, March), $225 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee (2 night minimum)
Weekdays: April-October: $ 175 per night plus $ 50 cleaning fee ( 2 night minimum)
