Mortgage Rates

By
Real Estate Agent with Frank Rubi Real Estate

Mortgage rates have posted their biggest one day decline ever.  I sure hope this sticks.  This would be a big help to everyone involved in the real estate market.  I don't know if we would see an uptick in home prices but the sales should pick up some.  Happy Thanksgiving every one.

John,

The DOW has posted the biggest two-day gain in several years.  Of course, we've seen the market go up and down so much that it's hard to view or anticipate that this as a trend.  It's great news, nonetheless.

Hi John, makes me smile when I see the bond market impact the interest rates.  Nice update John.
