Q: Is there an on-site Sales Office, if so where is it located?
A: Yes - Keller Williams Bartlett Real Estate Group is handling all sales on location at The Hillside. Currently we have a sales' office and models set up at the property, just look for the MODEL OPEN sign and come on in!

Q: How much is the deposit to hold a unit?
A: Both completed homes, and homes to be built, may be secured with a $4,000 deposit.

Q: If I reserve a home before completion, what sort of guarantees do you have in place to ensure I will be happy with the finished product?
A: From a construction standpoint, all homes will be inspected by Quality Built, an independent inspection company that prides itself in ensuring all the necessary steps have been taken to eliminate defects from the beginning to the end of a building project. The builder, Senderro Construction Services, Inc., warrants the construction for one year. Additionally, should you have any issues; all homes will come with a warranty from well-known warranty providers, StrucSure Home Warranty. You can view the details of this warranty under the "Documents" tab of our website.

Q: Who is building Hillside and have they built something like this before?
A: The Hillside is the innovative concept of Texas Capital Partners, an Austin based private investment group with extensive real-estate and development experience on over 25 multi-family projects. Texas Capital Partners has teamed up with Senderro Construction Services, Inc., who has over 130 years of multi-family development experience and prides themselves in being accountable, accurate and committed to the success of their endeavors.

Q: If I purchase a home, how involved do I get to be in the interior design options?
A: The Hillside offers several interior finish packages, all of which can be viewed at the on-site model.

Our finish packages come in your choice of color scheme, light, medium, or dark, which include solid Brazilian hardwood floors in the main living space, kitchen and guest bath, as well as decorative stone and tile in accent areas such as the kitchen back splash, shower floors, and 6-inch decorative wall shower bands. In these areas, choose between natural river rock, beautiful travertine or shimmering urban glass as the medium to use in order to provide an even richer character that will most certainly give your home that extra personalized touch.

Additionally, you may choose to go an even more custom route with your finishes and take a builder's allowance to Schroeder's design center, where the various preferences of our clientele are addressed and accommodated.

Q: Are there any time limitations on how long I have to wait before I have to sell my home?

Q: What are the HOA dues and what do they cover?
A: The HOA dues range from $210 to $290 per month and will cover all items concerned with the overall maintenance of the entire Hillside community. (Over time, actual dues may vary based on cost fluctuations, insurance expenses, maintenance and/or management fee costs in regards to common elements.)

Q: Do you offer backyards and will they be fenced?
A: All of the units come with deeded backyards, and some of our homes, where terrain allows, will come with a fenced back yard. On our website, under the description of each unit on the site plan, fenced backyards are noted.

Q: Are pets going to be allowed?
A: Yes, 2 pets per household will be allowed. Obviously some breeds of dog can be dangerous, so there may be some restrictions placed upon dogs of this nature.

Q: Is there a limitation on the amount of condominiums that investors can purchase?
A: Only 10 homes are to be purchased for purely investment purposes. Additionally no more than one investment unit per building is allowed, and detached homes are not allowed to be purchased by investors.

Q: How many different floor plans do you offer?
A: The Hillside has 6 different floor plans, most of which offer options that you can choose from to make it your very own. These options are focused around loft, study or third bedroom and bath possibilities. So in essence there are about 13 different layouts of the floor plans available.

Q: Do you have any single story units?
A: The Vista Plan is an inverted design that has been very attractive to several single story homebuyers.

Q: What outside amenities does Hillside have?
A: The community pool area at The Hillside is an absolute work of art. Our perimeter overflow pool gives the illusion of a floating pool with a waterfall that drops off into the horizon, and creates a waterfall wall from below.
