What do you think about the real estate market?

Real estate market information for the Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita TX area does not look as bad as you might think despite all the news coverage that the world is falling in. Sales volume is down, while prices have marginally risen, and days on market (days from listed to sold) has increased only slightly. What is your thoughts on the local real estate market? Interesting Blog... I guess if youre running your business right there is always a market... Things are still good in Canada , recently we have had some cooling in Ontario but things are still moving...

Jeremy, the market is stable in Clarksville. Some areas are hot, but overall it is steady. Certainly not seeing what has been reported by the media.

The economy in Bryan College Station, Texas seems to be still booming. Constantly, new growth, and more and more people coming to our area. Traffic has picked up a lot! The roads are built for growth. Great enginneer's. We have 20 acres on hwy.6 just north of Bryan. Veiws, tank, newer home. It will be prime real estate to get. May sit on selling it for now. Unless we get our price. Central located between Austin, Houston, and Waco. We have been following your progress; very knowlegeable, and seem to be aggressive in business.
