Mel - He is so cute I'd love to hug him!  He looks a little thinner after 3 weeks in his "moat"!  I can't wait to go visit him!!

You know, when I clicked on this, I was expecting an argument about numbers. I do love hearing about this bear, we no longer have Polar Bears at our Zoo.

From the title, I thought you had received an offer for one of your listings that was missing a zero - i.e., was too low!  LOL

Would much rather see that adorable bear, anyway!

Robin, Thanks for stopping by.  The zoo is a fun place, and there are always activities in addition to the animals to see.

Susan - That would be really bad --- a house priced at 300,000 getting like a 90,000 offer!

The Milwaukee zoo is a great place.  Thanks for the reminder of it.  We really need to take our kids there again sometime soon.
