I am a big tech person when come to new things for the computer.  goggle.com has allowed gmail to provide gtalk.  I have played with it for a few weeks now.  My out look of this add on is great.  Skype was my go to video chat software but now its Gmail video.

There is an issue with security but for casual conversation it works great.

I have had a client who wants to list a piece of investment property in Fresno but they live in Nevada now.  We have talked two to three time and this last time we were on gmail video and it was very productive.

If we could have had online signitures we would have been set.
