Golden Valley Maintenance has been helping REO Realtor's in the Bay Area for over four months with their REO listing. By providing trash outs, sales cleanings, landscape maintenance, and other services, Our network of Realtors are seeing success with the listing they have. Recently we were contacted about an estate clean out. Though the home was in complete distress, and had people living there illegally, we provided the trustee with an estimate, and a time of completion.
