Our Hot topic is "Loan Modification".  For Realtors, would you consider doing work on this or not?  Question to ask yourself.  Why do it when there are lenders only doing it in-house.  What's in it for you?  Well, if you'd ask me, people are in a tight situation that they are looking for professionals like us to depend on and hoping that we can help out. 

We are in a position to do something about it but would you do it just to help?  If you are interested, there will be definitely some homework to do to get started.  Find a company that can assist you with this process.

If there is a will, there is a way...  and always remember to always give first and it will definitely come back to you 10 times more.
