Here is my list of things that I am thankful for...RIGHT NOW!

   1. Tanner, my 4 year old little boy.
   2. Roger, my husband and best friend.
   3. My Mom and stepdad
   4. My sister and her family
   5. The fact that I have 2 jobs. 
   6. Popcorn and hot cocoa
   7. The Grinch playing on TV
   8. On Friday, I will be decorating our Christmas tree with Tanner.
   9. Thanksgiving Dinner with my family.
  10. Homemade chocolate chip cookies.
  11. My cats and dog
  12. Good health.
  13. Flannel pajamas
  14. Christmas movies on television every night for a month.
  15. Women's Council of REALTORS (my support group)
  16. Activerain (another support group)
  17. Friends, Old and new
  18. Snickers
  19. My laptop
  20. The wonderful Clients that I work with.
  21. My Coworkers, who are more like family.
  22. My church and Father Everett
  23. Cell phones
  24. Christmas Vacation (The movie, with the Griswalds)
  25. Pecan Pie throughout the holiday season.
  26. Movie night with Tanner and Roger.
  27. The warm, corduroy comforter on my bed.
  28. The internet and catching up with old friends.
  29. Lazy Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.
  30. Handmade gifts and gift wrap.
  31. My sunny bear that my mom made me when I was a kid.
  32. Phone calls from good friends
  33. Mom's chocolate and biscuits on holidays
  34. Living near the ocean
  35. Sunsets and starlit nights
  36. Harry Connick Jr Music
  37. Bedtime stories with Tanner
  38. The fact that the market will turn around.  One day.
  39. Disney Movies
  40. Lucky Charms...They are my favorite!
  41. Curling up with a good book.
  42.  Sunshine on chilly winter days.
  43.  Wild bunnies in the backyard.
  44.  Post it notes...I love those things.
  45.  Coffee in the mornings.
  46.  Laughter, Life, Love
  47.  The fact that I filled my car up this morning at $1.79 !!!!!
  48.  Blogging and networking
  49.  My fuzzy socks, they are sooooo warm and comfy.
  50.  Pinecone birdfeeders and squirrels that drive my dog crazy.
