Good article, and the rates do seem to be falling again. Hopefully some of the fence sitters will decide to lock in at these low rates. Around Baltimore they have a lot of inventory to choose from and very accomadating sellers. Have a nice holiday and thatks for posting the article.

Hi Teresa, I agree too that lowering of interest rates can get people to appreciate a lowered payment and may decide to buy rather than wait. Sometimes "rising" rates do the same thing from a fear perspective.

Teresa, we can only hope that a significant rate drop will spur on activity in our industry. We need all the help we can get!
