Yes, another quote from Mr. Trump...you can love him or hate him..if you love Real Estate you have to relate to him on some level.  I recenlty had a full time position offered to me, outside of Real Estate which I turned down.  When confronted with the current state of the market and asked why would you want to stay in it, all I could reply with was the truth.

"I love Real Estate"

Bottom line, it drives me, brings me anguish and joy...laughter and tears..but I love it.

I know we all do and that's why we do it..

Thank you for turning down the other position, you would be greatly missed here. I want to add a word to the very end of the comment from Wholesale Mtg's response above.."FULL-TIME". Of approximately 165 agents in my city I believe less then 20 are full-time. One fellow I know is an agent, magician, fill-in pastor, part time teacher, and works at Radio Shack. (so what is his passion ... maybe being the center of attention?)
