Just a short drive from Bastrop down Highway 304 you will come to 535 and The Wagon Wheel Gas Station - a great place to  grab a slice of pizze or a burger and gas up.  Right next door is The Owl  a dynamite western wear store that always has awesome prices and seasonal sales!  If you head east on 535 you will drive thru Rosanky Texas  which at one point was a booming little rail town  established in the mid 1800s as support to the local agricultural community.  Nowdays you will find a community center, churches, post office, local mom and pop store,  and some historical sites nestled in the middle of some beautiful farm and ranch properties.
