4 Comments on Nashville real estate - After Foreclosure
Larry, doing the right thing takes so little effort and the reward is amazing. Having them call Scott Cone for a great financing option

Bo - It a lot easier to sleep at night when you know that you've done the best you could for your customers. SOmetimes buying a home is not the right thing for them to do, and I tell them so.
Larry,
My agents and I had several clients who we recommended not to purchase. They just went to another real estate agent who got them into a B-paper loan and house but now most of them have gone through foreclosure.
It is discouraging that so many will chase a dollar instead of doing the right thing by people. All we can hope for is that this melt down will awaken more people to the pitfalls of buying beyond their means. Perhaps it will weed out some of the less scrupled agents and lenders as well.
