I am constantly amazed at what a seller can accomplish with a staging "plan" and specific instructions when it comes to preparing and staging their house.

Stage a Star was contacted a few months back by this homeowner looking for staging help. the seller wanted to do most of the work themselves except they weren't sure where to start. Our Staging Consultation "One Simple Step Toward SOLD!" was the perfect solution for them.

We were THRILLED to hear that they were under contract in just 25 days after listing even in this very challenging market!

Can you give me an idea about the price ranges for your rates. I'm starting to interview stagers for my business here in Denver, and I was curious what my sellers would be looking at. I was thinking of paying for an initial consultation and then if the seller was serious have them hire the stager to move the furniture. You can respond directly and not through AR.

Simple:

Many have been married for 20+ years. Then one of the partners passes away. The other partner more so if a male now lives in a house that has memories of their partner. Not a bad thing but NO REAL FRESH START foundation to get going with the rest of their life.

I believe you have a great value for those people. Call your friends today that are in there 30s that have lost a mom or dad in the last few years and offer to help the other parent. there is a great need and you can help. Enjoy and I hope this is a help you to you. Please see my blog
