As sales people who"s lifeblood is in where is the next great lead coming from, we have to at least try to make our  R.O.I be palatable. We would all like to get the highest possible return because it means more dollars in our pockets, winning some coveted awards, and give us bragging rights over our fellow competitors; other agents.

 

Anybody who is in sales, as we are, know that the internet can be one of two things for us; it can be a social pegboard that we use to keep up with the latest gossip going on in the office and around town or it can be another stream of income. The number of people having access to the internet is still growing and is not slated to reach a point of over saturation for years.

 

Just a reminder people are gaining access to the internet and your information not just by home or office computer but also by cellphone,and that is another access point for you to attempt to drive clients to your website and become clients and referrers. smile

 

So what is all this have to do with me. here it is in a nut a nutshell. what if every time some one turned on a computer and they heard your voice offering the latest and best deals of homes in your repertoire of products that are non producing assets, that is having you spend market dollars and time in order to keep the income flowing.
