Today is Thanksgiving, and a great time to pause and give thanks! There are so many things to be thankful for in life.

I am thankful for Active Rain indeed, as it is a FREE service, and has put money in my pocket time and time a
gain. After becoming an Active Rainer in 2007, I quickly learned that this will open doors for me. Now, I am rated #1 in Quakertown PA, rated #1 in Bucks County PA, and also rated #1 in all of Pennsylvania! WOW!
I have 282,000 points and counting, more and more each day.
I have had people call me from all over the United States asking me to list their home, as I am coming up on the first page of a GOOGLE search for Realtors in Bucks County PA!
I have had other Realtors call me to give
me referrals, because I am first on the list in Pennsylvania. I have had people call me to handle their short sale, as I have blogged about successful short sales I have done in the past. I have had people call me to ask advice because they have ready my Blog.
Active Rain is a wonderful place, and I am Thankful that I am a successful Realtor in my area. Active Rain has certainly helped me exceed my sales goals for 2008!
