I was so excited to hear from a client today that after staging their very dated house, it sold after 1 week!  They were the perfect homesellers and did everything I recommended (for the most part) and it worked.  It proves that if they are willing to put the energy into preparing their home before it goes on the market, that it will sell quickly because it is move in ready.
