Lyn, I very much like your take on buyer agency as a "buyer coach." It is a great thought and "for free" mean you are being paid out of the seller proceeds. If you educate your potential buyers about this, YOU are the one they will hire. Great insight on your part.

Gary:  Just thought that a couple of 'questions' that a buyer might have and then answer them with something they might not have thought about.  I'm not sure that newer buyers know how the whole process works.
