How Do You Keep Track Of Craigslist Ads

http://craigslist.org/ is a great tool for the realtor. How do you keep track of all the ads.

Todd alerts is the solution http://toddalerts.com/ . I have used this great search tool and it seems to be the perfect solution to an otherwise overwhemling tool. I have been able to see qiute a few pocket listing type properties through craigslist. There is not much to explain because it is very easy to use so good luck.
