A fellow agent in the office has a listing that has taken the owners a bit of time to prep.  In that time like the dilgent office we are, we prep it to be advertised in as many venues as we can.

As he went to enter the data, the property profile already came up and to make it better the price was lower than list price on the homes and land website.

He is trying to get the problem corrected which should be easy but if you have a listing run a check for your listing to see if there is an incorrect price.

Hi david, can't believe you remembered this, when you told me it seemed funny, I told you it would be a good blog but didn't think that you would write about it.

Hi David,

Homes and land is yet another way to advertise homes, but it does seem like less people are choosing that option.  Unlike online adversitement homes and land magazines can not be edited as quickly.  I do understand they also have a website but there are many ways to advertise homes for a far less fee.  Again, just my thoughts.
