Embracing its country feel, Cherry Hills Village seems to be far from the hussle and bussle of a big city. Yet Cherry Hills Village is only about 15-minute-drive to Downtown Denver and Cherry Creek Shopping and mere 10 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

Open spaces, trails, and views offer a spectacular backdrop to the upscale, custom built luxury homes in Cherry Hills Village. The Highline Canal, winding right through Cherry Hills, is 58 miles of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails alongside the canal. Two private golf courses are located within Cherry Hills Village including The Cherry Hills Country Club. There is virtually no commercial zoning in Cherry Hills Village which makes this neighborhood a charming country in a city.
