Just a quick blog before I run out and do a "grand opening" for a wonderful 2 unti condo conversion which my client bought 90 days ago. We have dotted all the i's and crossed all he t's and have instituted a text book game plan for the design, construction and marketing of these wonderful condos. I am excited to go to work today!!!
My goal is to sell both units at asking price today! One may say... wow that is very ambitious goal however I visualize success and ALWAYS the most successful scenerio! My daughter reminded me this morning on how hard it is to capture dragonflies but eventually she did it because of determination. Inspiration comes from all sorts of things and today my daughter was that sources. So with that here is an example of determination and inspiration to help begin today with positive energy, motivation and happiness.
