For the most part I love Christmas music, but on THANKSGIVING DAY?? We hadn’t even had our feast yet, and there they were, blaring “Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas”.
Remind me please…this is Thanksgiving:

Why do I bring this up? Too often in our lives we tend to jump the gun.
We are in a hurry to get to where we think we need to be, and then scurry out of that place to the next place, hoping things will be better there!
Real Estate is no different. “This isn’t working…I’m going to go try THAT”, then things will be better…you jump ahead to be the Top Producer, develop a costly website, spend money on marketing stuff, and buy every gadget imaginable that you are convinced you are going to need when you get “THERE”.
What you have neglected is that you need to be HERE.
You need to be taking the steps on a daily basis that are going to get you “there”….
What are the steps you need to take?
First, you need to interview companies that will support you in your Career growth and not tell you to spend money when you don’t have money coming in yet (call me to see what I mean).
Second, you need to get a business plan together that grows WITH YOU (call me again to talk about this)
Third, you need to establish a FOUNDATION. You need to develop and grow a sphere of people that are either going to refer business to you, or do business with you (getting the message).
Forth, you are going to read at least one relevant article about Real Estate and set yourself up to be the Real Estate Professional….(last time....who you gonna call?).
Slow and steady…remember these guys:
Enjoy growing in your new career.Savor the moments that you will refer back to when you DO become that top producer.
