More Marketing Tips #8, Westchester County real estate-What it takes!

My tips are as basic as you can get. This is part of what makes them very doable for everyone!!!

23. One of the easiest ways to get a home sold is to sen t copies of new listings to the top agents in your area. Sell them on the price and they will sell your home. An e-mail flier will get the job.

24. This one is a bit of a recap. Put your name , picture and all your contact information on everything. The exception to this is your closing gift. The followup items mentioned in the previous tips will get you the referrals.

25. Listings with many photos will ensure that Internet buyers will not pass you over. The more picture the better the chances you will get a buyer from the Internet.

26. Sellers who feel you have done a good job marketing their homes will refer you more often than not.

I will keep them coming

Some very good suggestions.  Do you really like the eflyers? My issue with them is that many agents do not put enough info on them for me to know if where it is, must they leave the address off even for other agents? Anyway I really do think that communicating with other agents about your properties helps a great deal.

Maggie-Eflyers are great but when I use them I do put the address on them. I know most agent just want people to call them but I prefer for them to call with a more serious inquiry.

Thanks for the great advice. I will check back often. I really like the blog. I am new at blogging but I am beginning to learn quite a bit from reading blogs like the ones I find on Active Rain. If I can ever be of help just let me know.

                                                                 Thanks, Terry

Terry-I am always inspired by the group of people I have come to know on AR. I will always try to do my best to bring good content, but I must admit I am not the writer as some of the friend I have met. You can get a lot of good ideas from their blogs.
