Hi, everyone.

I am brand new to this group and I hope this blog doesn't break any of the guidelines, which I did read.

Almost a year ago I became a certified ABR for two reasons:  I much prefer working with buyers.  The thrill of helping them find just the right home, in just the right neighborhood for just the right price is very rewarding.

I took classes and received my ABR designation.  I have advertisied in print and on  my site that I have this designation.  I receive the Real Estate Professional Magazine regularly from REBAC, I went to the NAR conference in Orlando at the beginning of this month, and I still come up empty handed.

Any suggestions from anyone on what I'm doing wrong and how I can get known as a buyer's agent would be tremendously appreciated.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks.....................................................Margo

Just keep on blogging to the fact that you are a buyers agent. You may need to spell the meaning out to the general public. they do not always understand agency and how it works. Try to dumb it down for them in print ads.

I too am in love with buyers and love to work them. Lets keep in touch and maybe together we can come up with some great ideas. Right now I am going to put together some mailings for renters. They will go out to apartments complexes in the area. In the mailings i am going to offer something of value so they are inclinedto call. After  seeing this post I will include the explanation of buyer agency and it's benefits
