Daytona Beach Real Estate & Community Events blog. By Lisa C. Hill, "THE SMART CHOICE!"

buy or sell daytona beach area real estateReal estate buyers and real estate sellers... If you don't own real estate in the Daytona Beach area, you won't realize how rare it is to find someone who's a native of Volusia County. But I am a real, live Daytona Beach native. And I sell real estate in the same county in which I was born.

So what's the big deal? Well, since I'm a native of this area, real estate sellers can rest confidently in my ability to market and sell their real estate listing. They know that I'm already familiar with their neighborhood and city, and will be able to explain all the fabulous qualities that will appeal to real estate buyers.

And when a real estate buyer calls me, I don't waste their time (or mine), trying to decide which cities or communities they'll prefer. As a real estate buyer tells me what they like, I can quickly narrow door knobdown their search regarding where they'll most likely want to buy real estate.

I've intentionally kept this blog post short and to-the-point. Let's face it. If you've been reading real estate blogs for a while, you've already discovered that REALTORS® can ramble a bit; myself included. So this blog post is a simple request for your business, with the assurance of my years of real estate expertise, combined with my lifetime of area knowledge.

So if you're interested in buying or selling real estate in...

make a Smart Choice today and contact Lisa Hill, a Daytona Beach native, for all your real estate needs. You'll enjoy working with a REALTOR® who is an award-winner in the real estate industry.

You do have the edge because you have lived in FL forever... not to mention your work ethic! I don't even want to think about the great opportunities there that you know about. Why can't I be flush right now!!

Lisa, I am also a native of my area and I think it's a huge advantage.  I can even get around town without a GPS!

Susie- If your blogs are any indication of your work, I'd guess you have some very happy clients.

Ann- I do need a GPS sometimes because of all the new construction during the boom years. But I do recognize street names when I hear them, and know the general area or neighborhood. I just need a little help with those crazy streets that go in circles sometimes. The worst case scenario is a U-turn =)

Lisa, no question but that buying from a Realtor that has lived their entire life in an area provides a huge advantage- your buyers/sellers are smart to rely on the local experience.

Lisa - you live in an area that my husband and I frequent often for our vacation get-aways. I'm an active real estate agent in northern Ohio with grand hopes of relocating to Florida within the next couple of years. Thanksgiving Break we normally visit Daytona for Turkey Rod Run (the HUGE car show at Daytona Raceway), in fact, I bought an older Dodge Stealth there last year, bright red in excellent condition. Love it! We'll be headed your way in a couple weeks, our daughter works at Disney (Orlando) for Christmas break. Gotta escape this Ohio cold weather! Plus we love to spend New Year's Eve at City Walk, Universal Studios to bring in the New Year, great fun! One of the performing bands this year will be Doobie Brothers. Getting back to your area of Florida, we spent half of our honeymoon in the Osmond Beach area. Now how did I get off on this tangent?  Great post - Carla

Carla- It's always nice to hear how much people enjoy the Daytona Beach area. So when will you be wanting to buy your own second home here? Condos are always a nice way to go... no maintenance, secure buildings, buyers market. ;)
