Joining a Commercial REMAX Office vs. operating as solo broker!

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with THE JMTEAM NETWORK BK3212919

First of all, the bottom line; if you do the math projected to one year you will be saving money when you join a REMAX COMMERCIAL OFFICE. Furthermore, if you consider into the equation the added value of the support and the REMAX Commercial Branding you will be over the board. Additionally if the REMAX office has a residential division or relation with other residential offices, the referral stream will add an enormous value to your pipeline. If you are a commercial broker working by yourself, join us and start working for yourself!

Smart move.  The national branding and affiliation with RE/MAX is a smart move.  Many friends of mine that are in a sole proprietorship's are often asked "You're associated with whom?"  It is frustrating for htem when the seller wants more..and they cannot provide.

RE/MAX is a great set up. It's like a doctor operating solo as opposed to in a practice. You get to share the costs while getting all the income. Great move.

Re/Max Commercial is not a big thing in my market as there are too many big "dawgs" in that market, but I completely agree with you on Re/Max Residential verse being a no-name Broker on your own with no resourses.
