I hope all of my Active Rain family had a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
I know whether you like football or not, you had to at least seen part of some game on Thanksgiving.
I wrote and pondered if the Eagles would be able to bounce back.......that the Warner led Cardinals would break their east coast troubles.......well, a resounding Eagle victory over the Cardinals made me eat a bit of crow that day.
The other two games went the way I thought and they should have. Now on to the games today that have true meaning......
Can the Bush led Saints, Reggie that is, take care of the Buccaneers?
Green Bay trying to remain in the wild card race and need a big rebound over the division leading Panthers.
The Giants at the Redskins is a good test for both.....can the Giants seal the East deal or can the Redskins stay in the race and keep pace with the Cowboys.
The Bears and Vikings both need this game and a hope to win division.
The Steelers and Patriots both need the game, the Patriots attempt to build on a HUGE win last week over Miami.....the Steelers need a statement game.
Lastly, the Matt Ryan led Falcons need a game that can propel them to a higher level and put in possibly the final stake in the Chargers.....and as for Mr Favre, well he is a wizard and can you vote against him after last weeks win over the Titans?
