USDA Rural Development is a great loan product that is available to customers who are buying in a qualifying area that is NOT a metropolitan area.  Interest rates were significantly below 6% for this product along with other loan programs if your even considering purchasing a home this is one of the best times to buy in a very long time. 

Mortgage Rates are down, Homes are in a good supply on the market! This is creating great opportunities for the move up buyer to get a really great home at a great rate and at a great price.
