Hi Gena,

Wouldn't it be cool to gather up all the weird and unusual things these banks put through with our Congress and with huge broadcasting of the banks and the difficulties that they alone cause in the transaction.

I love the way you did this video and it is so well presented. Congrats. I need to spend some time with Vimeo and get the system down and then switch from Slide.com

Gena - Handing the keys to a buyer is still the reason I love this business. no matter how difficult getting to the closing table - it all seems worth it when I get to give the keys to someone.

Gena - very cool indeed. I am working with two sets of new home buyers and we are also looking at REO's because of the fantastic deals. Hope to be writing on one today or tomorrow.

Thanks for popping in and taking a ride with me in Elk Grove, CA. Since the banks are not in the business of selling real estate it shows by the various stumble blocks that they find themselves tripping over. Home buyers are getting heck-of-deals but must have patience when dealing with REO and Short Sales. Glad you liked the video...hop on-board anytime.

Ah yes handling over those keys and their goodie baskets is the best part of our job. I liken it to weddings where everyone is excited and thrilled. Very best part of our profession as Realtors.

Elk Grove, Natomas, newer parts of Rancho Cordova are fantastic for first time homebuyer deals. Many bank owneds. Homes built in last 5 years. Well known builders. What's not to like about getting your first time homebuyer into a home for less than some condos? Good job!
