Christmas is less than 30 days away now and the cold weather is on us.  I always recommend to my clients that have annual service done on the Heat and air system.  I have mine serviced twice a year.  The air conditioning is checked in the spring and the heat is checked in the fall.  If you haven't done so, now is a great time to have your furnaced checked.  You wouldn't want the heat to go out just in time for Christmas.  The service cost about $100.00 per year on average.  That's a small price to pay to prevent possible larger problems surprising you at the worst times(things never go wrong when it's convenient).
