October foreclosure filings in Ohio

In October 2008, there were 12,109 foreclosure filings in Ohio, this amounts to one filing for every 417 housing units . That is only .0024% of all housing units in the state.

Ohio was number 10 in filings. Nevada was number one with14,483 filings, which is 1 for every 74 housing units

California has the highest number of filings 56,954, which works out to be one for every 231 housing units.
