TODAY IS WORLD AIDS DAY

Today is WORLD AIDS DAY! Remember and help others remember by wearing a red ribbon today!!! It is now 20 years since the first WORLD AIDS DAY and this modern disease is still with us! More research is needed to erradicate this scourge of modern man!

Remember, AIDS can attack anyone! You cannot 'get it' by touching someone! Become educated! Teach your children! If you think you are at risk, seek medical advice. Get tested!

Through education we can protect ourselves and those we love!

Wear your red ribbon today!!!! Remember those who have lost their lives to this disease! Support continued AIDS research!!! Do your part!!! We are all ONE!

Education is definitely key! So many people don't bother to get educated or get tested. In this case what you don't know could kill you.

Tanya - What we also seem to forget it that with our active SENIOR population, they need to remember to get educated and tested too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris- Indeed, people tend to forget when something does not effect them directly!

To add on Tanya's sentiment... it's not only what you don't know could kill you, but what you don't know could also kill innocent others! If you don't care enough to be tested for yourself, care enough about your partners to be tested for them.
