As a follow up to my previous post, here are some examples of available units. I have focused this on Lake County Illinois, and will follow up again with Cook, Kane and McHenry Counties. This is by no means a complete list, so if you need more information, just call me on 847-381-6328.

Barrington 60010. 1282 square feet of single level condo space in a new style office condo for $12 net per square foot per year. This equates to $1282.00 a month plus taxes and CAM.  Space is in the lower level of the building. Could be used for any office or medical as is close to a major hospital.

Another building in the same complex with 1355 square feet is available for sale at $275,000.

Buffalo Grove 60089. A new brick building has a variety of spaces available from 140 square feet to 1800 and prices vary, some units already diveded with personal offices. $17.50 to $24 a square foot net. This complex also has units for sale.

Hainesville 60030. There are a number of new units available on Route 120. These would be suitable for either offices or retail, close to new residential development with up to 11500 square feet to purchase at just over $1 million.

Hawthorn Woods 60047. Nice new brick condo style offices located on a busy intersection. 1600 square feet of space for an office at $19 square foot net or a nearby smaller unit with approx. 600 square feet for under $30 a square foot net. Area of high price residential homes. There are a few units here to choose from.

Lake Bluff 60044. Slightly older unit available with 1785 square foot for $14 a square foot gross. Brick single level condo office block.

Lake Zurich 60047. 6 year old unit with just under 1200 square feet of space at $15 net. Located close to but not on Route 12. 3 story brick building with elevator.

North of the town 7234 of warehouse space or up to 29000. $7.95 net. Loading docks for multiple tenants, low level could be office or with light industrial, maybe R & D.
