Rates were WAY down the end of last week to the lowest rates we have seen all year! Looks like they are even lower this morning!

I love it when I have GOOD NEWS to report!

We spent most of Tuesday and Wednesday locking (and relocking) interest rates for our clients!  For one client alone, we were able to save them over $220 a month because of their improved interest rate! As soon as we locked, rate jumped back up! 

Now that is cool! 

What is even better is rates are still low!  Today, we are sending out a video to everyone we know to have them act fast!
