I am interested to see what you think of REPLY.com, I recently had an experience with them that I was less than satisfied with to say the least.  Feel free to call or email me and I will be happy to fill you in.  Have a great day!

Not crazy about lead generating systems but I will try to take a listen.

I do agree that agents should try to develop systems to genreate leads but it is helpful if it is within the context of their own business plan/model.

It's hard to fit a specific time into a busy schedule - will you have a recording of this that we can replay at our leisure? Should be an interesting topic.

I have had the worst experience with lead generation companies. It has not helped me.

I have to give Reply.com credit. They have embraced social media and want to engage us in meaningful dialogue. They have a blog here on AR as well as their own corporate blog. Let's here what they have to say, and give them some helpful input....

It's not reply, housevalues, getmyhomesvalue or any of those other folks

The future of lead generation is blogs and websites that deliver what consumers are looking for.

Jim:   While I would agree that more and more consumers are engaging us through our blogs, there will continue to be a majority of Internet consumers who will access lead-gen platforms. The key in either efforts will be swift and meaninful follow-up.

Thank you Rich, we appreciate the time and audience.  We are agree there are many problems with lead generation. In fact, that was the basis of my speach at ad:tech NYC (presentation online)  http://www.slideshare.net/bribow67/replycom-is-lead-generation-dead-ad-tech-nyc08-presentation/

We look forward to detailing the difference between lead gen 1.0 and the next generation of lead gen that we believe will be transacted in a marketplace where buyers gain control over price, quality and volume.  Using the Reply Marketplace, buyers can easily segment leads, start and stop anytime, buy more of what works and immediately stop what isn't working.

Additionally, we have a very exciting new product to discuss.

Driving traffic to your website and engaging with your prospects is key.

Even here in silicon valley, there are better ways to drive HIGHEST-ROI-VALUE traffic to your website... blogging, SEO, web-ads are only part of the picture.

Man, Reply emails me like three times a day!  They aren't "exclusive" leads, and unless they say how they are now doing exclusive, I'm not throwing money their direction, but would be interested to hear what they have to say about it.

Nevermind. I answered my own question by signing up for a reminder.  They confirmed that it was at noon, MST - so yes -- it's at 11 PST.

I'm glad to see it will be recorded & archived for future reference.

I can't turn in today, but thanks for this blog.  I visited the Rain Radio link and found a wealth of information on the last program "Twitter Gone Wild".  I had no idea there was an archive of these great broadcasts.  I trust yours will be there tomorrow so I can catch the highlights.  :-)

You opened a new door for me today.

Hey Rich - I'll be there...  LOL~   I think in all fairness, folks should be open minded to what will be shared and discussed on the show.  I'm looking forward to hearing what they have to share today.

Times do change, technology is changing, people and leads are changing, so maybe the concept of lead generation and implementation in a WEB 2.0 world is changing too???   I'm open minded regardless of good or bad previous experiences.

Just because I was in a car wreck once, doesn't mean I shouldn't be open to driving again right?  :-))

Good job guys.

The session was very worthwhile, thanks. Worth listening to again... got the .MP3

The elephant in the room that was only mentioned in-passing?  Pay-for-performance.

What is the value of a lead?  How effective is follow-up?  R-O-I?  Does anyone measure ROI?
