If so.... why, then - is this happening where I live... Cozumel Mexico and sell real estate - AND this is a slow week - last year we had as many as 17 in ONE day!

now look at my postings on the 'cost of living' and see why so many are moving to Mexico!

There will arrive in the first week of December a total of 22 cruise ships to the port of Cozumel; including what will be the first actual day of the high season with seven ships docked at the same time, this is the maximum capacity of all the cruise terminals of the island and this has not happened since the step of the hurricane "Wilma" just over three years ago.

The news, as reported Víctor Vivas González, head of the Integral Harbor Administration (API) of Cozumel, will be that Wednesday, December 3, there will arrive at the island seven ships in a simultaneous way, something that we have not seen since the end of the high season last April; besides all the ships will dock in terminal berths, occupying the seven available positions in the island and utilizing thus 100% of Cozumel´s harbor capacity for the first time since the hurricane "Wilma" damaged all three of the facilities in October 2005.

There will also be considerable activity of cruisers with the arrival Friday of another four ships with a reckoned number between ten and twelve thousand visitors, the same quantity that is expected for Saturday.

Well, think out of the box.... The real estate market was headed for a turn a few years ago - baby boomers are retiring and life as we all once knew it was changing...

So, traveling to Mexico for years on vacation - having a few agent's "show me a house" and customer service and the process is back in the 1980's - looked like an opportunity to me!

Creative website on point2agent.com sweat equity and lots of leads and traffic doing business the way it was years ago. A Mexican corporation, cost of living and born again at 52.
