Business is GREAT!

Don't let anyone tell you the market is too bad to be a successful part of the real estate business, realtor, mortgage broker, or anyone affiliated with the industry.

I got in this morning after the extended weekend (definitely not all play) & had four new loans to work on, and I just finished going over the paperwork with another borrower.

Yes, this is the culmination of months of hard work & they all happened to "pop" at the same time, but even in a small town like Lake City, FL there's enough business for everyone to be successful, if you're willing to work for it!

Even if it seems like you aren't getting any traction, keep working at what you know to do & try some new methods as well.

With all the new marketing methods everyone talks about there's still no substitution for hard work!!

I'm very busy here in Chicagoland too.....its become more & more difficult but I'm busier than ever.

you are so right, outcome equals effort..and that is what I have been doing, much of my effort has paid off....

Glad to hear it Eric - You're right, it is tougher than it was 2 years ago, but there's still a lot of business out there for the people that are willing to work for it!

Nice to hear. I have noticed a lot more acitive this past week or so going on here in St. Marys Ontario too. I think it is all going to pass by and we are going to pick right back up.

I think so too...We're going to end 2008 with a bang & have a GREAT 2009!

lets all work hard as agents to tell the world we are the strongest and richest nation. lets shift the thinking . ban the media unless they start sharing good news and turn this negative scrooge mentality around. Home price will go up again folks!
