Walk the talk

I have to start out by saying I am so feeling upbeat and positive that,   the media I have just put to the side!!!!!. My company really pumps our agents up with great positive energy and the correct attitude. Also they give us good ideas  of what is really going on with the numbers across the states. So we always have great news at our hands,  to utilize the correct way. I have just been practicing every time I'm in a deli and in line and doing my spontaneous talk ups to start good conversations.  Everybody seems so grim in their attitude aboutreal estate. Then with a great big smile I say no, my business is hard and right now you have to work really hard, I find it is like getting your hair or nails done i say. There is always going to be real estate business to sell and buy. The people whom really need to sell will sell the people whom really need to buy will buy, you just got to connect. Then the people look at me and say ya your right. Then my conversation is always in a high energy way. Then we continue the talk. I know around town, that the people I leave with a good impression,   that I have a positive attitude may lead to business. People do not want a gloomy agent in this market. So I have been thankful that I can keep a positive attitude. I also again this week have received another listing. The past four weeks I have gotten a listing a week. This is all from my sphere of influence group. And me making follow up phone calls. Lets here some energy stories. Come on I know I'm not the only one feeling good.!!
