Ok Canada WHATS UP with this Government of ours??

This past year my family has enjoyed watching the debating going on with our neighbor's to the South. Obama is in and the whole world is celebrating or so it seems. Now in a short time we had that election to change something........ NOW all over the media at a time it would seem we need our government to come together and come up with a plan we have what. WHAT is up with this. I have been watching the Canadian Blogging group to see if anyone else brought this up, if it has been sorry to go there again. I just wish they would spend equal time in solving anyone of the number of issue on the minds of those paying their wages as they do in what ever they are doing now. It would be wonderful if they could get the recession off the media and a positive plan in place.

Always see lots about Obama in these blogs on AR thought it would be nice to talk about it.

Well Our election was a snoozer, the problem is all we all snoozed.... as of yesterday our governemnt has a bunch of idiots that are playing politcal partisnship when they should be running the country.. this is a minor flaw in democracy but things will work out they always do

A minor flaw??? A Party with no leader and a 4th place party (read a loser) are going to be the Government of Canada propped up by a secret deal with a Separtist Party!?

Actually I thought the post would attract attention. I was referring to a snoozer as the inital election was predictable except harper did not get the majority he rightfully deserves. Re Minor flaw comment I know what you mean and expect your response., my point is this stuff will work it self out. Harper is a very intelligent person and Im sure he has a trick up his sleeve. I mean seriously how long to you think the gang of three will get along. ? Churchill crossed the floor I believe three times and England is still functioning. Pretend just for a moment Harper was a complete and utter idiot , we would want the option of a coalition governement. Democracy is never pretty. I beleive churchill said something to the affect it is the worst form of governement but the best one we have so far. As far as the sniffing glue comment....... well it deserves no comment.... in politics one has to learn to look at a large picture . By Monday the whole story could be radically different.

PS if Layton becomes minister of whatever, then I will take you up on the sniffing glue comment.

Whats really cool is this blog has only attracted you and me , where are the rest of the Canadian Realtors ?

I'm right here! and I've been reading numerous blogs and articles regarding this inane back stabbing event, As far as I'm concerned let's go ahead and spend the money on another election, lets the minority parties that we won't put up with their rhetoric.

I got an Email yesterday where by the writer was telling me that it would Be good to have a coalition government as they work just fine in europe. So I pointed out that BEHEADING works just fine in the Middle East MAYBE WE SHOULD DO THAT AS WELL.

Oh my the BEHANDING comment cracked me right up.

I am trying to stay very neutral in this and not pick sides. BUT I will say this I have zero understanding on how a government in power to look after our needs can get off bulling this....

for I now we as many countries do right need is a hole lot of co operation where they come up with some ways of getting this recission stuff gone,

all as they seem to be doing in making less job security for everyone included themselves they need to play much nicer and work out their difference and get the job done

I do not get to leave or say lets get ride of this staff and start all over because..............

I just have to suck it up and be a professional why do they not have to be

perhaps we need a code of ethics drawn up for them
